It’s a silly story but to us, it means to be mindful and present in the moment. A group of us were at Glastonbury music festival one year having the time of our lives. But one of us (Chris) wasn’t and was struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts….

We banded round him and stuck together and made the agreement that we would go with the flow and see where the evening took us. Well, it turned out to be one of the greatest nights of our lives as we met amazing people, heard hilarious stories and danced until sunrise. At the end of the night, someone said ‘”We played the perfect game tonight.” And the rest is history! It left a huge mark on Chris and remains a great source of inspiration to him as he realised for the first time that there was the possibility of pulling yourself out of sorrow and sadness.

To ‘PG it’ means to live in the moment and to take life as it comes and is the motto we stick by to this day. Being stuck in your head and overthinking is a lonely experience if you don’t know how to think positively and being in your body and the present in the secret……
